Hawk’s Nest is conveniently located only a few minutes away from Dollywood and all of the action and excitement of downtown Pigeon Forge. With it’s upscale and luxurious furnishings, you are certain to feel right at home in the Smokies.

The guest doesn’t pay the deposit when they make the reservation. Instead, the guest will be charged if a claim is made on the security deposit. The host will use the Resolution Center to upload documentation of the damages (like photos or receipts), and request money from the guest to fix those damages.
- MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel ninety (90) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to check-in.
- THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A Three (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
If a rental is taken for less than the minimum days, the guest will be charged the minimum nights rate - INCLUSIVE FEES
- RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice prior to booking

- FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. - WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
- STATE of EMERGENCY - No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in area of residence of a vacationing guest.The day that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund:a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period.
- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to sixteen (16) people, including children over the age of two (2)
